Dear Parents and Carers,
We would like to inform you about the ‘Changing Me’ PSHE session that will be taking place on Friday 27th November. This is the first lesson of our ‘Sex, Health and Relationship Education’ sessions that will be conducted throughout the year. You will be informed before each session.
In this first session, we will be talking about how our bodies change during puberty. The boys and girls will be spilt up, with the boys being taught by Mr Ford and the girls being taught by Miss Graham and Mrs Lynch.
During this session we will cover:
• What happens to our body during puberty
• Consider how puberty changes us physically and emotionally
• We will discuss body image and body confidence
