School Improvement Objectives 2022/2023
Maths – Refine and embed approaches securing basic skills so that children have good fluency and number sense at age related expectations. Strengthen children’s reasoning and problem solving skills adopting a progressive whole school approach.
Subject Leadership – Develop the skills and knowledge of subject leadership to ensure effective leadership in terms of organisation, strategy and within subject leadership to ensure effective curriculum coverage and impact.
Writing – Refine and embed approaches to securing basic skills, editing and improving and developing pupil vocabulary to meet or exceed national benchmarks.
